Number of homeowners in arrears soars to 50,000

Regular reports over the past 18 months or 2 years show this figure steadily increasing but in all that time there's still been no mention of any plan to halt the increase, to deal with the problems being faced by Irish Homeowners that's what we want/need to hear. Not to oversimplify the issue but in a nutshell Irish Homeowners are bailing out the banks, will through future taxes be paying for the sovereign debt which has been taken on by the Government from the banks. So what we need is a solution that suits not vested interests or even the economy but society, so Enda, Eamonn, Richard, Leo, Michael, Joan et al - it's over to you. Rant over!
